When the paper feed rollers in the paper cassettes need to be replaced, you see a message on the LCD screen. (These are also referred to as ”pickup rollers”.)
There are different paper feed rollers for the paper cassettes, the paper tray, and the ADF unit. Make sure you install the correct paper feed rollers for the product.
